Welcome to Show Builder! These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you ("you," "your," or "user") and 1269446 B.C. Ltd., doing business as Show Builder, a company based in British Columbia, Canada ("Show Builder," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Show Builder's website, applications, or services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under the age of 18, you may only use the Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
You may need to create an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate, complete information and keep it up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

Ownership: You retain ownership of all video or other content ("User Content") you upload to the Services.
License to Show Builder: By uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your User Content, including ensuring you have the rights to use it. We do not endorse or monitor User Content but reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.
All intellectual property rights in the Services, including software, features, designs, and branding, are owned by or licensed to Show Builder.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our prior written consent.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
You may stop using the Services at any time.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Show Builder and its affiliates, directors, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability for any claims related to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (if any) or (b) CAD $100.
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will provide notice (such as posting on our site or sending an email). Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you agree to the revised Terms.
