Builds are fast — usually just a few minutes. Processing and analyzing your uploaded Footage takes longer (typically 10–30 minutes, depending on the length of your video).
Yes, you can start more than one Build at a time.
No. Your Footage and completed Shows remain in your account indefinitely.
Currently, Show Builder supports .mp4 files only. More formats will be supported in future updates.
Yes — the maximum upload size is 10GB per video.
Try re-uploading your file first. If it still fails, email us at support@showbuilder.ai and we'll help you troubleshoot.
Not yet. If you want to make changes, you'll need to create a new Build from the same Footage using different settings.
Yes — all completed Shows can be downloaded as .mp4 files.
Yes. If the Add Captions option is checked, Show Builder will automatically create captions for all dialogue in your Footage.
Yes! You can create custom Voices in the Voices tab. These can be used for narration in your Shows.
There's currently no set limit per user, though this may change as we expand.
Credits are used to process Footage into Shows. 1 Credit = 1 minute of Footage processing.
Credits are deducted when you upload Footage. Builds are currently free to create.
Your available Credits are shown in the top-right corner of the app and on the Credits page.
Go to Credits in the left sidebar and select Buy Credits. Purchases are processed through Stripe using your credit card.
Yes — scroll down on the Credits page to view your full transaction and usage history.
Yes. Credits expire 12 months after purchase if not used.
All Credit purchases are final and non-refundable.
No. Credits are non-transferable and can only be used by the account that purchased them.
